华韵影视光盘有限责任公司于1998年6月9日成立，华韵公司与中国电影进出口分公司、中国电影发行放映分公司、中国电影合作制片公司、北京电影制片厂、中国儿童电影制片厂、中国电影器材公司、北京电影洗印录像技术厂、国家广播电影电视总局电影频道节目制作中心、华龙数字电影制作公司同为中国电影集团公司的成员。主营激光数码储存片子盘复制；研发、生产CD/CD-R的有限责任公司。

　　华韵公司另有参股及管理的北京华韵新数码母盘制作有限责任公司、北京华韵之光文化传播有限责任公司及北京北影录音录像公司。

　　Huayun Film & TV Laser Disc Co. Ltd(hereinafter referred to “Huayun company”) was established on June 9th 1998, an enterprise affiliated with China Film Group Corporation, mainly for the replication and R&D of all kinds of optical disc.

　　Huayun and China Film Import & Export Corporation, Film Distribution and Projection Corporation of China Film group Corporation, China Film coproduction corporation, Beijing Film Studio, China Children ' s Film Studio, China Film Equipment Corporation, Film Processing & Recording Tech Factory, CCTV-6 Program Production Center, Hualong Film Digital Production Co., Ltd. all together constitute the current China Film Group Co. Meanwhile, China Record Corporation is one of its stockholders.

　　In addition, Huayun company comprises three other company: Beijing Huayun New Digital Master Disc Co. Ltd, Huayunzhiguang Culture Transmitting Co. Ltd and Beijing Film Audio & Video Corporation.
